• ENJ Digital provides digital marketing, website development, and automation services.

• Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are considered final once the service has been delivered or the work has begun.

• Clients will receive project updates and are encouraged to provide feedback throughout the process.

Refund Policy

We aim for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the time and resources invested in digital services, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If a service has not yet been started, a full refund may be requested within 3 days of purchase.

• If work has already begun, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion based on the amount of work completed.

• No refunds

will be issued once a service has been completed and delivered.

Cancellations

• Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services (such as website hosting or marketing management) at any time.
• Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

• For project-based services, cancellations are subject to our refund policy above.

Chargebacks & Disputes

• If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of service delivery.

• Any fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
