Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which ENJ Digital LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles payments and client-initiated cancellations. By engaging in any service provided by ENJ Digital LLC, you (“Client”) agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to ENJ Digital LLC are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

Monthly retainers

One-time project fees

Setup charges

Performance-based service packages

Once payment has been submitted and 48 hours have passed, the full balance is owed in full, regardless of project status, service use, or client satisfaction.

2. Mid-Month or Mid-Project Cancellations

If a Client cancels services after 48 hours of submitting payment, the Client remains liable for the entire agreed-upon fee, regardless of whether the full scope of work has been completed or used.

3. No Trial Period or Credits

ENJ Digital LLC does not offer:

Trial periods

Service credits

Prorated billing

Future service discounts in lieu of refunds

All services are custom-built and time/resource intensive. Therefore, all payments are considered final.

4. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, we will provide the signed service agreement, Terms of Service, and this Refund Policy as evidence that the Client acknowledged and accepted the no-refund terms. We actively dispute all chargebacks and reserve the right to terminate services and pursue collection or legal action if necessary.

5. Results Not Guaranteed

While ENJ Digital LLC uses proven marketing frameworks and strategies, we make no guarantees regarding lead volume, sales results, ad performance, or return on investment (ROI). Failure to achieve a particular result shall not be grounds for a refund.

6. Non-Delivery of Services

If services are not delivered in full due to force majeure or internal error, ENJ Digital LLC will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. However, no refunds or credits are guaranteed or implied under any scenario.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available at [insert website or link].
